| We are committed to keeping your information private. In order to provide detailed assistance to you, we do ask for some personal information – name, library, zipcode and email address. However email is not required, and you do not have to use your real name. In the process of the session we may ask for some additional information to further assist you. Personal Information gathered before and during your session is considered confidential and will only be used to answer your question. We will store session transcripts on our servers for only as long as it is needed, at which point they will be deleted. Transcripts may be reviewed for quality control and be used (without identifying information) for the Knowledge Base or for other statistical purposes. Further demographic and survey information submitted by clients will not be stored in connection with transcripts at any time.
